We have found that sound therapy can effectively promote pain relief, stress reduction, relaxation, and many other health benefits. Sound baths can be used to bring balance to our physical, mental, and emotional states.
In our sound bath, you will experience breathwork meditation, and with the use of various instruments, be bathed in sound waves of healing frequencies and vibrations. We are passionate about bringing sound as a form of complementary/alternative medicine and would love for you to join us in our healing journey.”
