Reiki I introduces you to the universal life force energy that makes up our entire existence. Your Reiki attunements will give you access to this energy which you can use to treat yourself, family, friends, and pets. The class includes a lecture, Reiki 1 Manual, meditations, and attunements to Reiki life force energy. Practice time includes giving and receiving Reiki and energy treatment using all the hand positions plus self-treatment. You will receive a Certificate of Completion once the class is complete!
🌝✨ Our unique Full Moon Sound Bath Ceremonies will consist of honoring the seasons and cycles of nature in relation to our lives. We begin with a brief introduction & grounding of our seasonal moon & how it might be guiding us for potential healing. 🌝✨
Flow of the evening:
Please bring extra blankets, pillows, bolsters, and fold-up chairs. We provide bolsters, blankets, yoga mats & foam blocks but are sometimes limited to extras. So please, bring all you need for a pleasant & comfortable experience.
