Reiki I introduces you to the universal life force energy that makes up our entire existence. Your Reiki attunements will give you access to this energy which you can use to treat yourself, family, friends, and pets. The class includes a lecture, Reiki 1 Manual, meditations, and attunements to Reiki life force energy.
